Portuguese Africa has been only one joint issue widely used in all the Portuguese colonies of the time (a set of stamps and a set of integers) in 1898. It commemorates the 400th anniversary of the discovery of the route to India by Vasco da Gama.
I present here a whole new and the same from Angola to the Lorraine, at that time occupied by Germany:
Postal stationery used at 10 reis from Loanga (province of Angola) June 4, 1903 with additional postage Angola No. 75 15-reis ... arrived at Ars sur Moselle (Lorraine annexed) June 24, 1903.
